Status definitions

Status	Meaning	Customer action
Operational	Service running normally	None
Degraded	>5% requests slow or failing	Monitor
Partial outage	One region or component down	Failover may apply
Major outage	Multi-region failure	On-call engaged

SLA credit

If tenant uptime falls below 99.94% in a month, automatic SLA credit applies:

99.0-99.94: 10% credit
95.0-98.9: 25% credit
< 95: 50% credit

Credits appear on next month's invoice.
